Professional Home Health Care Agency, Inc. is a leading provider of compassionate and high-quality home health care services, dedicated to providing personalized care that meets the patients’ needs in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to our patients during the weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
• Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health management and self-care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while making a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Kentucky state license or licensed in another Compact state.
• Proven experience in home health care or a related healthcare field preferred.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
