Hospitality Training – Serve Right/Lead Right

The Kentucky Wildlands Hospitality Program will be offered for FREE to any employee or manager in hospitality, retail, or food service on Thursday, May 5, 9a.m. at the London Community Center.

This training is designed for front line employees to delve deep into why and how to deliver excellent customer service, and for managers to infuse hospitality throughout the business

City of London Tourism in partnership with the London-Laurel County Tourist Commission, London-Laurel Chamber of Commerce and London-Laurel County Economic Development are excited to bring this opportunity to the business community of London.
