London, KY – The London – Laurel County Chamber of Commerce held its annual banquet on Tuesday, April 18th at the London Community Center where they announced the 2023 recipients of the Teacher of the Year awards. Each year, the Chamber accepts nominations from students and parents for elementary school, middle school and high school teachers. Laurel County Farm Bureau sponsors the Teacher of the Year awards and provides a check in the amount of $1,000.00 to each winner.

The 2023 Teacher of the Year Award recipients were Kimberly Harville – Elementary School Teacher of the Year (Cold Hill Elementary School), Tyler Kirby – Middle School Teacher of the Year (South Laurel Middle School), and Brittanie Smith – High School Teacher of the Year (South Laurel High School). Congratulations to all the winners!
