Chamber Foundation’s Books & Birdies Golf Classic Registration & Sponsorship Information
The London – Laurel County Chamber of Commerce Foundation is excited to host its inaugural Books & Birdies Golf Classic on Friday, May 16, 2025 at the London Country Club. Registration for this event includes green fees and cart rental, breakfast and lunch, snacks and beverages, goody bags and gifts for each golfer, prizes for Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive, door prize drawings, and prizes for the winning teams!
Your sponsorship or registration helps us deliver free books to Laurel County children through our partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Support childhood literacy for Laurel County children – register or become a sponsor today!

Registration for individual golfers is $75/player. You can download the registration form PDF. Once it’s completed, you can email it to info@londonlaurelchamber.com or mail it to London – Laurel County Chamber of Commerce Foundation, 409 S Main St, London, KY 40741.

There are several sponsorship opportunities available for this event.
Presenting Sponsor – $4,000
- Exclusive listing as the London-Laurel County Chamber of Commerce Foundation Golf Classic Presenting Sponsor

- List of players made available before and after the event
- Opportunity to make opening remarks and welcome players before start of golf and rules review

Lunch Sponsor – $1,500

Team & Hole Sponsor – $600
- A four-member team in the tournament
- Company Name or Logo on all printed materials regarding tournament. This includes the Chamber’s extensive email data base (over 1,000 business contacts), our Chamber newsletter, Chamber website, social media, and local media.
- Sponsors will be designated a hole with signage indicating their name/logo the day of the event. Hole sponsors are encouraged to man their hole and promote their business.
Goody Bag & Door Prize Donations Needed

- You may also donate promotional items (koozies, pens, golf tees, etc) with your company’s logo to be included in our golf goody bags
