Cumberland Valley National Bank & Trust Announces the Appointment of J. Todd Greer and Samantha Woods to the Board of Directors

London, KY – March 12, 2025 – Cumberland Valley National Bank & Trust (CVNB) is pleased to announce the appointment of J. Todd Greer and Samantha Woods to its Board of Directors. Their deep expertise in business, leadership, and community involvement will enhance CVNB’s efforts to provide continued growth and strengthen its commitment to the communities we serve.

Samantha Woods is the president and owner of DelMae LLC, a woman-owned construction company based in Laurel County. She also has a distinguished career in the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice, where she held several leadership roles, including district supervisor, regional manager, and state director. Throughout her career, Samantha has focused on serving Kentucky’s families, earning recognition such as the Worker of the Year Award in 2001.

A lifelong resident of Laurel County, Samantha is deeply committed to her community and proud to contribute her experience in leadership and public service to CVNB. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College and a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College.

“As a board director, I understand the honor and responsibility associated with this position,” said Samantha Woods. “I look forward to using my experience to help CVNB better serve our customers and strengthen the communities we are proud to be a part of.”

J. Todd Greer is the Vice President of the Southern Division of ATS Construction, LLC, a highway construction firm based in Lexington, Kentucky. Prior to this role, Todd was a third-generation
highway contractor at Elmo Greer & Sons, LLC, where he worked for many years before the company was sold in 2015. During his career, Todd also served on the boards of the Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors and the Plantmix Asphalt Industry of Kentucky, where he was named president in 2008.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Transylvania University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton. As the son of the late Jerry Greer, who served on CVNB’s Board for over 30 years, Todd is honored to follow in his father’s footsteps and contribute to the continued success of the bank.
