“We are looking for a friendly, out-going Directors Assistant to join our team. Job duties include, but not limited to, greeting visitors and supplying them with local interests, directions, events, answering the phones, organize visitors area, manage social media accounts, assist in planning events and meetings. Qualifications include clerical experience, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, knowledge of social media platforms. This position is part time and has flexible hours that will average to be approximately 20 hours per week. There is a requirement to work every other Saturday. This position pays $10.50 per hour.
