Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and aides.
• Oversee the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff and implement necessary training and development programs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in home health care.
• Function as a resource for staff, patients, and families, addressing clinical and care-related questions and concerns.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of clinical team members.
• Work closely with the Administrator and management team to achieve agency goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Kentucky state license or licensed in another Compact state.
• Proven experience in home health care or a related healthcare field, with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, as well as other state and federal requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to make informed decisions and work effectively in a challenging environment.
