Welcome New Board Member, Brandon Keck

The London – Laurel County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Brandon Keck as a new board member. Brandon Keck is the owner of JBK, Inc. Roofing Division. Established in January 1998, “JBK Roofing” originally started to support the family owned commercial real estate development and property management business. One reoccurring challenge in the family business was developing a reliable and beneficial relationship with a commercial roofing contractor to support their projects in Central and Southeast Kentucky. Living in an entrepreneurial home (many thanks to his parents!) motivated Brandon to establish his own commercial roofing business. So ironically JBK Roofing began . . . from a building owner’s perspective!

Early on years were spent acquiring the necessary knowledge and experience from installing roofs on their facilities and projects. After laying the foundation of teaming with industry leading manufacturers such as Firestone Building Products, Duro-Last Roofing Systems, and Metal Panel Systems Incorporated, the company progressed to procure roof contracts in the commercial market. They consider it an honor to have worked for many local area Building Owners, General Contractors and Construction Managers to achieve a diverse range of completed projects. These projects include the private business sector, State and County Government buildings, School Systems and Universities.

Brandon feels blessed with being able to establish and sustain a thriving business in Laurel County. He stated “The Chamber has made a positive impact in our business. We consider the Chamber a team member in helping to inform areas business about our services, therefore we gladly support the Chamber in its efforts to cultivate a desirable economic business environment.”

JBK Roofing, along with other family owned businesses that Brandon actively administrates, employs approximately 115 persons. Brandon lives in Laurel County with Beth, his wife of 25 years. They have two sons, Braden and Barrett.
